To get your winnings use the USSD: *130*678#
- For your 'Balance' use option 2
- Type Smartload PIN (**** from welcome SMS)
- You will see your balance / winnings
- Go back to Main screen
- Then select one of the options available
Change your PIN often. This makes it difficult for others to guess your PIN.

SmartRICA
SmartRICA is South Africa's biggest independent RICA solution. What is RICA? It is a law that requires ALL new customers (Prepaid, Top Up and Contract) to register their SIM cards. To be able to register new prepaid starters for RICA, you need to be registered as a RICA agent.
Become a RICA agent by downloading the SmartRICA registration form .
Complete the information and fax it with a certified copy of your ID and certified proof of address to 086 6800 840.
There are four ways to RICA your customers:
- Via USSD: *130*7422#
- SmartRICA App: Download the App on Google Play
- Website: www.smartcallonline.co.za, under SmartRICA
- SmartTerminal: You can use the Smartcall SmartTerminal to register customers. The device is available from SmartcallOnline Store

Port ME
If you are not a VSP2 Prepaid customer you can become one by porting your number or buying a new sim card.
Mobile number porting allows you as a customer to take your existing cell phone number to another network
How to port to Smartcall VSP2
Simply follow the steps below and make your swap to the best network.
- Buy a Smartcall VSP2 Starter Pack. Your new Vodacom SIM must be RICA-registered.
- SMS us from your old SIM card. Use your current SIM card to SMS the word 'portme' with your new number to 082 767 8287.
- Look out for 2 SMSs from Vodacom. You will get a confirmation SMS as well as an SMS with your porting date.
- Activate your new Vodacom SIM card. 1 Day after your Porting Date, place your new Vodacom SIM card into your phone, dial 136 & follow the prompts.
